Clients choose to work with Kim for her ability to build instant rapport, her authentic style, her unique sense of humor, and utmost passion for helping other people live and work as their favorite selves. Kim will often share the “behind the curtain” rationale and skills so that clients can “borrow” what they like and experiment with growing their coaching skills in their own roles.

Confidentiality and ethics are embedded throughout the coach/client relationship; she will often share from her own experience under the shared cloak of confidentiality!

In her era of paying it forward, Kim is on the faculty of the ICF coaching program that she completed in 2017. GroupWorks Global, LLC offers a world-class Coach Leader Program, training professionals to take the next step in their own coaching careers. As a Mentor, Kim works 1:1 with newly trained coaches to build competence and confidence while finding their own coaching style.
